Miguel DungoMiguel Dungo

Director of Tennis and Racquet Sports


Miguel oversees the entire tennis and racquet sports operations including programming, leagues and lessons. He is responsible for developing, overseeing and achieving the budgeted revenues and expenses. Miguel functions as part of the senior management team and is involved in the normal rotation of the Manager on Duty. He has an amazing background in the tennis world having played in Wimbledon, the U.S. Open, The RCA Championships and the Davis Cup. He has been with Healthplex since July of 2000.

Parveen Kumar is from Chandigarh, India. He is a PTR certified tennis professional and a USTA high performance coach. He was an all India varsity tennis player for Panjab University and was ranked in the top 20 nationally as a junior tennis player in India. Parveen was the coach for the Indian team that won the gold medal at the first Asian School Games in Jakarta, Indonesia. He was a tennis official for various tournaments including Wimbledon 2006 and Wimbledon 2007. His officiating resume includes many international tournaments such as Davis Cup, Federation Cup, ATP Tour, WTA Tour, Dubai Open, New Zealand Open, Asian Games, and Afro-Asian Games.


Blake CrowtherBlake is from Lawrence, Kansas and a huge Jayhawks fan. He attended Washburn University in Topeka. He is professional tennis registry certified. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing with his family and close friends.

Earl AllenEarl is a Hoosier at heart from Indianapolis and attended Indiana University, Bloomington. He played tennis in Bloomington and was a member of the USTA national team. He has been ranked #1 in the Men’s 35’s singles in Central Indiana. He was a Marian University Assistant Head Coach from 2008 – 2009 and is currently a USPTR teaching professional. He has played tournaments internationally and is a member of the West Worthing Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club in the U.K.
